1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received. During high-demand periods (e.g., holidays or product launches), processing times may be extended.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. We currently offer:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) – Rates based on weight and location

  • Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days) – Additional charges apply

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or other factors outside our control.

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to customers within the United States. If you're interested in international shipping, please contact us before placing your order at oklahomaunitedfcstore@gmail.com

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment via the carrier’s website.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. We are not responsible for items marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
